During the defense of CP Scimitar in Mission Crete, SPC T. Hunter demonstrated exceptional proficiency with the XM250 after stepping into the role of Automatic Rifleman. His suppressive fire was both precise and lethal, neutralizing enemy infantry the moment they were spotted. Over the course of the battle, he eliminated more than 20 combatants in just 15 minutes, including an entire squad attempting to cross open terrain 500 meters away. His ability to decisively dominate the battlefield ensured the safety of his squad and contributed directly to the successful defense of the position. His actions bring great credit upon himself and the 3rd Infantry Division.

During the month of May, SPC Hunter was taking the role of Squad Medic to provide the Squad with much needed medical assistance. The SPC continues to provide help within First Squad wherever necessary, including assisting in training someone to replace himself as Squad Medic. The SPC is always there to help with being a Squad Medic even though he just wants to be a team member. SPC Hunter continues to show his selfless service by keeping First Squad alive through all the IED blasts and bullet wounds.

Despite being just a fireteam member, the SPC is always ready to help his team leaders and squad leaders when needed. The SPC continues to show his dedication and knowledge by helping with stepping up on frequencies when his leaders go down, as well helping the entire platoon plot convoy routes. Hunter continues to step up to any challenge presented to him assisting the squad in daily function as well as on multiple occasions leading the squad in lieu of his command. The SPC continues to uphold the core values within the 3rd Infantry Division, proving invaluable.

He radioed to his SL and both of them moved to intercept. While under fire they still managed to capture him alive. With his swift actions we took a source of information about Russian air forces in the area. His expertise, knowledge, and dedication are in keeping with the highest military traditions and reflect great credit upon himself, First Platoon Widowmakers, Alpha Company Wareagles, and the 3rd Infantry Division.
